Long ago, man and Kaiju once coexisted. However, existing together would prove to be a difficult task. After all, It is human nature to eradicate the things that negatively effect their way of living. Kaiju and man could not coexist any longer, and thus the attack on the large creatures of the sea had been launched by man themselves. In hopes to erase their existence from history, the humans declared a war that would last years upon the Kaiju race. Over those years the human's resources began to diminish and the tides were turned against their favor.

In a desperate attempt to preserve mankind and still win this war, the humans launched a new plan. "Operation: END", a plan structured to group the rest of mankind and launch them to the moon. Some wonder why they hadn't thought of this sooner. "Operation: END" was a last ditch effort in case the Kaiju began to turn the tides of war. The process would entail a large radioactive blast, which in theory would kill all life forms caught within it's blast zone. "Operation: END" would be the end of planet Earth. However, this was not the case. During the Operation, the Kaiju were able to move in and infiltrate the human's last means of a headquarters: the final location they'd have before launching into the Moon. In a harsh panic, the human's decided to launch early, sending off the radioactive blast before they were able to lift off. To this day, it remains a mystery if any humans remain in tact, or if the ship ever took flight and made its destination. Some say they may still be out there, but others will deny and say they've gone extinct....

Years later, the Kaiju began to evolve. These creatures began to adapt, growing an immunity to the radiation infected planet, and the world around them began to shape and form into something new. A world more and better suited for the now dominant species: the Kaiju. More and more years of evolution would take shape. Archives of human existence began to fade and environmental shifts began occurring. Radiation began playing its part in making itself essential to the Kaiju's way of living. Aspects of nature such as fruits and vegetables have grown larger, and wildlife became more mutated. All this said played a part with Kaiju evolution, assisting their further development.

Today, Kaiju roam both land and ocean, but have spent many years building the underwater city known as Kaijutopia: a place where Kaiju can live in peace with one another, raise their young, and bask in the radiation pools. Few Kaiju have ventured out to explore the land now that humans are said to be gone, and small villages have started popping up in various places above the sea level.
