Eggs and Breeding:

Unlike most species that lay eggs in groups, Kaiju are known for laying only one or two eggs at a time. There are times where Kaiju may lay more than two, but such cases are rare. Kaiju Eggs are laid in small pools at the bottom of the ocean. These meteor impact-shaped holes glow with a bright green hue of radiation, giving the small Kaiju a safe and warm environment to develop. During this time, mother Kaiju spent most of their time caring to the nest, making sure their eggs are safe from stray creatures who may want to get their fins on them.

Kaiju Tadpoles:

Kaiju hatchlings are much smaller than their mothers and fathers, but would still be considered quite large in scale to an average human. Being born with their noses closed, Hatchling Kaiju instinctively learn how to hold their breath, and can do so for a couple days at a time. As they grow, their mothers will teach them to go up to the surface for air, and come back down to their nesting area until they are more matured. Kaiju are natural born swimmers, finding themselves gliding through the waters with ease. However, if anything were to happen to a Kaiju's fins at this age, chances are they won't survive for long. The Kaiju's skin is a soft, rubbery texture much like a dolphin, and the sleekness to their body helps them glide through the currents.

Nutrition and Diet:

Years since "Operation: END", Kaiju have adapted to feed off of the Earth's radiation itself. While they may still enjoy hunting, gathering, and tasting different kinds of foods, they don't need to do so to survive, nor will it hurt them in any way. When running low on energy, Kaiju naturally swim back to the radiation pools at the bottom of the ocean to rest and absorb the nutrients they need.

Adult Kaiju:

Adult Kaiju are known to evolve in three different ways. Biped, Quadruped, and Aquatic. Even though not all of these Kaiju grow to continue their daily lives in the water, they all retain the ability to swim in order to reach the radiation pools they feed off of. That being said, only Aquatic Kaiju can swim proficiently, and some have even grown gills to improve their lives in the sea.

Kaiju Community:

Most Kaiju, as they grow older, decide to give back to the society that has been built around them. There are plenty of jobs that Kaiju can become proficient in, and some may even find their own way to make themselves useful. Aquatic Kaiju are mostly known to be caretakers for the young. Living their life completely underwater, they are most suitable to watch over the radiation nests and the newly hatched young ones. However, some do decide to venture out in the ocean, finding new treasures and gathering underwater resources for the city. Adventuring Aquatic Kaiju are also great for finding new nesting areas, and places to allow the city to branch out. Quadruped Kaiju find their talents best fit on the land, as their strong front legs can assist in building and land development, perhaps even gardening and exploring. Some Quadruped Kaiju are even known as warriors, as they take pride in their brute strength and ability to protect the city and villages when needed. Biped Kaiju are possibly the most diverse. Being able to use both hands and legs, these Kaiju are capable of adventuring, building, but most of all: crafting and the arts. They can also find themselves helpful when assisting an adventuring group with cartographical and architectural works.
